To file a request for reimbursement, submit the following information within sixty (60) days of the disablement:

Current contact information
Copy of your invoice from the auto repair facility
Copy of the service provider invoice, copy of the credit card statement showing payment to the service provider, OR the reference code from the roadside assistance dispatcher

Coverage depends on the type of repair and the participating shop where the service was performed. You can review your invoice or contact the shop directly to confirm eligibility.

This extensive program provides comprehensive coverage for qualifying repairs across North America, ensuring motorists travel with confidence. The standard coverage is 24 months or 24,000 miles for qualifying repairs.

36-month/36,000 mile protection is covered only if the shop opts into the Tier 1 membership, offered at $175 per month to the shop.

The warranty is included with the monthly PAC membership and is no cost to the motorist. Should the shop cancel their membership, vehicles will still be covered under the warranty until the vehicle reaches its warranty protection length.

It is imperative that the motorist retain the original repair invoice and present it when seeking service under the warranty.

Standard coverage includes 24 months / 24,000 miles (40,000 km) for qualifying repairs.

Extended protection of 36 months / 36,000 miles (60,000 km) is solely included with PAC Tier 1 Membership at $175 per month. Contact your salesperson for details.
